What is Grounding / Earthing?

The earth is a huge reservoir of negatively charged electrons.  The cells in our bodies are unable to balance the positive charges of free radicals in our system, the product of our modern environment which is full of radiation.  We mostly wear plastic or rubber soled shoes, we also insulate ourselves while sleeping far from the ground, and we no longer have an electrical connection to the earth for clearing.

All that is required in grounding is to have skin contact with the earth.  We offer places to walk, sit, stand, or lay on the earth, surrounded by Nature.  We also offer different media to do these things on for a change of sensations.
