It can feel overwhelming even if it’s a change that we desire- excitement can feel like anxiety if we don’t tend to ourselves and welcome what arises! Oftentimes we respond to sensations of uncertainty by clinging to the past\, avoiding what is right in front of us\, or trying to control the outcome of a situation. This creates patterns of tension and stress in the body and mind. When we do this\, we disconnect from the life force available to us- draining body\, mind and spirit.\n\nIf you want some support while navigating the in-between\, join us for a restorative afternoon of forest bathing and breathwork. Be reminded of the beauty and possibility that comes from accepting that change is the only constant. Ground into presence and leave feeling refreshed and connected.\n\n\nCome allow yourself to be nourished and find peace in presence!\n\nAbout the experience:\nBreathwork is an active meditation where you will be invited to use conscious breathing patterns to connect to yourself and drop into the present moment.\nForest bathing is a research based practice that supports overall health and wellbeing.
