There is a quality of life that cannot be experienced unless we become still. Third dimension is not about stillness, it is about creating, doing, playing and seeing the results of all our mental activities developed in some type of physical form. Such as, our thoughts become what we say to someone, which produces a reaction and a reality based on what we projected. This is the truth of third dimension, it is the mirror of the invisible world of our thoughts. We read a book, change our beliefs about ourselves and then project that new creation onto the world, we do it every day. To be still while alive on 3D is not usually regarded in a positive light, and usually that is because when we are still there is something wrong with us mentally or physically. The body is not made to sit still for hours. We are learning in the latest scientific studies that sitting is bad for us, for our vascular, skeletal and muscular systems. People go to bed when they are seriously ill and feeling unwell. They drop their agendas for the day and get still.
There is a place to be still that stems not from a negative space of un-wellness or depression. It is the gift that we bring inside ourselves when we come to earth. It is the stillness that reminds us, “Be still and know that I am God”. This stillness is a quality that we can develop by remaining unattached to the emotional storms of 3rd. These storms rage around us in the world at all times because 3D is all about lots of movement, action of any type and people who do not know and have not cultivated the amazing ability to remain still in the face of the emotional contagion and frequencies that swirl around us.
Stillness is attained at the center of whatever movement there is. It is the perfect balance point of all directions. Could we picture a perfectly balanced beam that does not tilt one direction or the other. This is the state of the 5D meaning of stillness. Perfectly balanced in our knowledge of the eternal life
that we are living. There is no need for upset or to tilt any way our of balance. When we do, we are cast into the turmoil and upset that surrounds us while on 3D.
The Miriam-Webster definition of the word still is “free from disturbing noise or uproar”. A synonym is calm, which means “a quiet and peaceful state or condition” and “a state of tranquility”. When we become still, we become calm. They go together. When I am Stillness, I am allowing myself the gift of calmness and peaceful observation of myself operating in 3D. When I am in the midst of the doing and moving, I cannot see myself in the mirror of consciousness. Only when I become still and move into the observer can I feel the gift of stillness and the regaining of that perfect balance pint of the eternal me, the eternal now. In this moment I can choose.
