Between the Trees

Times of big change or transition can feel uncomfortable and the space in between an end and a beginning can be full of so many emotions. It can feel overwhelming even if it’s a change that we desire- excitement can feel like anxiety if we don’t tend to ourselves and welcome what arises! Oftentimes we respond to sensations of uncertainty by clinging to the past, avoiding what is right in front of us, or trying to control the outcome of a situation. This creates patterns of tension and stress in the body and mind. When we do this, we disconnect from the life force available to us- draining body, mind and spirit.
