We are all familiar as humans with an emotional response we feel in answer to another’s.  We can look back on an event and declare exactly what evolved to elicit our response.  Children become familiar with the phrase “He/she made me mad” and court systems are overrun with cases of people who are still responding inappropriately later in life. 

Taking responsibility for our own energetic response is a huge step. Whatever emotional energy we put out returns. We are reminded of this repeatedly in Jesus’ and other Masters’ teachings. Last week we talked about releasing (forgiving) others as a necessary move to release ourselves from the energetic field in which we became ensnared by their actions. 

This week, we are focused upon knowing that these emotional interactions occur but must be dealt with inside our own energetic field and released so that we can move on freely. Nothing is more important to a happy life than freedom from negative emotions. 

Taking responsibility says in effect to others, “you may act anyway you choose, it has nothing to do with me. I take responsibility for my own life and responses”. This is powerful. 

This statement is crucial to our ability to reach and reside in 5th dimension reality. If we are constantly falling into a lower frequency each time we come into contact with it, we are not able to maintain the higher energy necessary to remain in a higher dimension.  

Living in heaven demands that we let go of earthly constraints.  We really can live in paradise if we believe we are there.  Creating our own responses from there will change any situation we face for the better.  

Creating is the mental construct and releasing is the action.  We release usually in words, but we humans have also concocted many actions such as facial expressions and shorthand motions that may convey our feelings without words. Taking responsibility for what we think and say is where it starts. 

This could become a Bible study because all of this is taught in there as to how to conduct our lives on a higher plane. “Whatever we sow we reap”. Whatever you put out comes back. “It’s not what goes into a man that defiles him, but what comes out”.  “We are going to account for every word and deed”.  We are responsible for our response always. In fact, that is the only thing we can really control. We cannot help what someone else may think, feel or say but when we commit to our own reaction and response as being totally our choice, we have made a powerful step in the direction of living a happy and productive life. 

The word response-ability says we own the ability to respond. What thoughts and actins would be appropriate in 5th dimension?  Think and do that. The gates of Heaven are always open to us and we get to choose in each moment whether we enter or a lesser state of being is worth it. The call is loud and seductive to draw us away. Responding with any negative emotion can feel rewarding in the short term but will keep us from something of far greater value on an Infinite level.
